Youth In-House League
Required Equipment
All players are required to have the following equipment:
- Helmet with cage (HECC Approved)
- Elbow pads
- Shin guards
- Gloves
- Inline skates (No brakes)
- Stick
- Mouth Guard
- The league provides jerseys as part of the player’s registration
Date/Times
All games will be played on Friday and Saturday nights starting January 8th 2010. Times will be between 6:00pm and 10:00pm
ALL NEW PLAYERS MUST ATTEND AN EVALUATION SESSION ON JANUARY 8TH 2010. U11′S 8:30-9:15PM AND U14/U17 FROM 9:15-10:00PM
Players that have played in the past sessions do not need to attend the evaluation session, but still must sign back up prior to the evaluation.
League Format
Each team will play 10 games plus playoff games. All playoff games are single elimination.
Game Format
All games are (3) three 12 minute running clock periods. If teams are tied after regulation a five minute period will be played. There is no offsides or icing in inline hockey.
Team Structure
All NEW players must attend the evaluation session. Teams will be put together at this session and posted on the Bladerunners website. Teams who wish to enter as a group must get approval first.
AAU Inline Membership
All players and coaches are required to have an AAU inline hockey membership. The cost for a membership is $12.00 and can be purchased online at: www.aausports.org
